Brief Semi-Political Thoughts.

I just have to say I'm pretty sick of Hillary Clinton.

Let me start by assuring you I'm not a "supporter" of Barack Obama. I'm not a supporter of any of the candidates. I do however believe Obama's the least lousy. I don't believe there's as big a difference between the two Dem candidates as their fans believe.
Isn't the real "fight" against John McCain?
I think the only tangible thing Hillary's accomplished is that she's split Dem voters and turned the whole mess into a popularity contest. Hillary fans won't vote for Barack and will potentially vote for McCain just to stick it to him. And that sucks.

Mustache Wisdom.

Rusty's a friend and coworker at Breakthrough. Last week he had shaved his pseudo-beard into a mustache. Today he said he had been scolded at work for something, but because of the mustache - which we all now looked rather ridiculous, which is part of the point, if not the point - he couldn't take himself (or the scolder) seriously. He kept thinking "how is this guy not laughing? I can't take myself seriously, how can he?"

My point, however small it may be, is that when you get caught taking life too seriously just imagine that you're a 23 year old man with a mustache. Because you'll probably look silly.
